OWNER, MARKETING DIRECTOR
Tray Cass
Tray Cass began his career in aviation as a structural designer for the Boeing Company in 1997. After being displaced following the events of 9/11, Tray went back to school to complete his bachelors degree in marketing. Finding great love for his newfound career path, Tray went on to serve with a small marketing agency (that served several small clients), a local Caterpillar dealership in the heavy equipment industry, the renewable fuels industry, higher education and the plastics industry. Along the way, Tray's love for small business afforded him the ability to serve his friends who where local business owners.
Following the impacts of COVID-19 and the elimination of his position in Operations, Tray made a move towards something he’s always wanted to do. In early 2022, he launched Edify LLC with the heart and mission to bring his more than 20 years of marketing experience to help small and mid-sized businesses be successful.
Tray has degrees in Business, Marketing, Christian Ministry, and in 2017 completed his MBA in Marketing from Baker University in Kansas. He has been an Instructor at Central Christian College of Kansas in McPherson, KS teaching Adobe products, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and overseeing multiple Marketing interns.
Tray has been married to his beautiful wife, Jessica, for more than 23 years and is a proud father of five children, two girls and three boys, (ages twenty to ten) and is a grandfather to one incredibly beautiful baby girl!
Jessica Cass
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Jessica Cass began her career serving in the sales and customer service industries; including retail sales, insurance, transportation, and collegiate recruiting. Her friendly and dynamic personality makes her comfortable with anyone she talks to.
Jessica received her bachelors degree in Organization Leadership, has grown in her business skills and aptitude, and became a social media influencer with more than 120,000 followers by learning the social media algorithms to grow her platform.
This past year, she joined Edify as our social media specialist and copywriter, and has been an important addition to keeping projects rolling on a day-to-day basis.
Jessica loves being the mom of mostly teenagers, and is enjoying every moment of being Nana to our beautiful granddaughter!

Caleb Domino
Caleb Domino (our son-in-law) began his academic journey at Sterling College, after he received a scholarship to play football.
At Sterling he majored in Pre-Medicine and minored in Christian Thought, was a Resident Assistant, and a member of the Honors Program. Sterling provided him with a strong foundation in critical thinking, ethics, and a well-rounded approach to problem-solving.
Life took a wonderful turn when he got married to our oldest daughter, and they had our granddaughter. This change in his personal life inspired a professional shift as well. Seeking a career that offered both creativity and flexibility, he jumped into marketing with great ambition and a discerning aptitude.
He joined Edify and has increased his proficiency in digital marketing by earning several online certifications, and has shown an interest in marketing strategy and business development. He continues to learn all areas of marketing so that he can serve our client's diverse needs.
Makenna Cass
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Makenna Cass is our youngest daughter and Administrative Assistant. She is a recent high school graduate that completed her school with a 3.8 GPA while participating in sports, student government, and theatre. She joined the family business following graduation. Behind the scene, she is the one that helps keep the most important aspects of the business flowing smoothly.
